(For E-Design Service)

· Client will receive design recommendations based on the questionnaire, pictures, videos, or other material submitted by the client. While we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, design is inherently subjective. By purchasing our services, you agree that Staging Arizona, LLC cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and/or ideas you received from Staging Arizona, LLC.

· Due to the nature of online shopping, Staging Arizona, LLC has made every effort to portray recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate way on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by Staging Arizona, LLC as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate scale of your space based on photos provided but cannot guarantee that all recommended products will fit your space. Customers are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing. Customers are required to ensure the return policy of any design item is to their liking prior to purchasing.

· DUE TO THE EVER-CHANGING NATURE OF THE INTERNET, STAGING ARIZONA,LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE, OR WARRANTY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY CLIENT THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THOSE SERVICES OF A SERVICE PROVIDER. YOUR ONLY RECOURSE OR REMEDY FOR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR PRODUCER OF THE MERCHANDISE.

· While Staging Arizona, LLC will attempt to ensure that all retail product links are current to assist clients with purchasing design items, there is no guarantee that the furniture or accessories recommended by Staging Arizona, LLC will be available for purchase at all OR within a specific time frame due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet. If prices are provided as part of the design service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the customer will find the article at the similar price when they order.

· Our visual representations of your space and any 2D or 3D floor plans are not to be used as a construction document or for renovation purposes. Our plans are strictly for visual reference relating to décor and design that you can do yourself. We recommend hiring licensed professionals for lighting installation and for hanging heavy items that need to be anchored to your walls.

· EXCLUDES: Purchasing of items, products and finishes, tax on purchases, delivery/set-up/shipping fees, additional products, and contractor labor. Any additional work required not listed in this agreement will be agreed to and billed through separate agreements.

· INSTALLATION: You will be responsible for receiving, assembling, decorating, and installing all products purchased via the shopping list provided.

· REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We do however want you to be happy, so if you have any objections or concerns about the design recommendations, please let us know immediately upon receiving your draft design board and prior to submitting your approval so that we may make the necessary adjustments.
