*For Vacant homes we will resume scheduling our Staging services as of May 4th with installations scheduled after May 15th. We will continue following CDC Guidelines though going forward with keeping Social Distancing and taking precautions by sanitizing all surfaces, doorknobs, etc. upon completion of the Staging process. We will also follow the same protocol for the De-staging process and will ensure that our staff does not come to work sick.
Consultation with D-I-Y Report (Now Done Virtually Schedule Your Appt Today)
We spend 1-1.5 hours touring the property taking notes/photos and then we prepare a detailed report of everything that should be done to stage the home for sale. The report will include the inside & outside of the property covering all necessary items such as: landscaping, interior/exterior paint, cleaning/odor issues, furniture placement and suggestions for furniture & accessory rentals. You will also be provided with a checklist on how to "Set The Stage" for your showings. At this point you may complete the work yourself or decide to hire Staging Arizona to do the work for you. (50% of the report fee will be applied to the cost of of a Full Day Staging if you decide to hire us instead of doing the work yourself).
$250 (Smaller homes up to 2000 Sq.Ft)
$300 (Mid size homes up to 3000 Sq. Ft.)
$350+ (Larger homes 3001+ Sq. Ft. or Luxury properties)

Photo Styling: $75 per 30 Minutes (Now Done Virtually Schedule Your Appt Today)
We come back to the home on the day of photographs and make sure each room is photo ready. Photographers do not move anything around when they come to take photos, so it is extremely important that each room is picture perfect before they arrive. Great for Lived-In homes with busy families.

Key areas of the home are Staged by (2) of our Professional Home Stagers. They will work with your furniture and decor to create that "wow factor" which will turn lookers into Buyers. Most average sized homes are completed within the 2 hr time frame assuming home is Pre-Stage Ready. Investment: $250
Occupied (Lived-In) Home Staging - (Temporarily Unavailable- Please Schedule A Virtual Consult in the meantime until deemed safe from COVID-19)
Similar to a one day makeover, our team of (2) Stagers will do the work for you. After touring the home to determine what needs to be done to maximize the sales potential, we come in and perform miracles. We redesign using the Sellers existing furniture and decor and in some cases add some of our own accessories to complete the look. Most often it is much more effective for the Seller to utilize our services instead of doing it themselves because we bring a fresh eye and knack for depersonalizing that most Seller's can't achieve in their own home.
Investment: $500 Half Day (4 HRS) $800 Full Day (Up to 7 HRS)
*Accessories/Furniture if necessary are extra and available for lease or purchase. A delivery/pick-up fee will also be charged if items are delivered to the home.
Vacant Home Staging - This is our specialty! (We are now as May 4th scheduling Vacant Stages with following Safety protocols for installations after May 15th)
We merchandise your home to show just like the Model homes. After touring the property we will prepare a proposal that outlines the costs to Stage the home with furniture and accessories. Staging Arizona has a wide array of furnishings in inventory and we also partner with several furniture vendors in the valley. The cost for Staging a vacant home depends on how many rooms are staged and also the quantity and quality of furniture required.
