getting your home ready to sell can be an overwhelming and frustrating process for most sellers. its hard for sellers to view their home as a product, therefore making it difficult for them to properly prepare their home for sale. 


staging arizona takes all of the guess work out of the process. whether you plan on staging the home yourself or would like to hire us to do it for you, we have service and pricing options for all budgets. please review the options list below and feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.

Consultation with diy report

We spend 1-1.5 hours touring the property taking notes/photos and then we prepare a detailed report of everything that should be done to stage the home for sale. 

Condo & townhomes 

*detailed report provided within 24 hours

single family homes (up to 3000 sq. ft.)

Luxury/custom single family homes (over 3000 sq. ft.)

* The report will include the inside & outside of the property covering all necessary items such as: landscaping, interior/exterior paint, cleaning/odor issues, furniture placement and suggestions for furniture & accessory rentals. You will also be provided with a checklist on how to "Set The Stage" for your showings. At this point you may complete the work yourself or decide to hire Staging Arizona to do the work for you. (50% of the report fee will be applied to the cost of of a Full Day Staging if you decide to hire us instead of doing the work yourself).

accessory/furniture rental:

*decor/Accessories & Furniture if necessary are extra and available for lease or purchase. A delivery/pick-up fee will also be charged if items are delivered to the home.  or if you are interested we can also shop for decor for your new home and use those items instead for the staging process. ask us for more details about our shopping service.
